"If you’re in Glen Burnie near Ritchie Hwy, you have to check out Taqueria y Pupuseria El Compadre—it’s the little red food truck right next to Bubba’s, in the same Citgo gas station as Rick’s Banh Mi & More. It’s perfect if you come with a friend—one of you gets tacos, the other gets Asian. Win-win. Even though taco trucks are pretty easy to find around here, there’s just something about this one that keeps me coming back. The food always hits. My go-to is the tripe tacos (extra crispy) and carne asada—you can tell they really take pride in what they serve. The meat’s cooked just right, seasoned well, and the toppings are super fresh. They also recently added elote, and it’s so good—creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor. What I really appreciate is that the prices are super reasonable compared to other taco spots. You can eat good without feeling like you spent too much, which is rare these days. Jose, the owner, is super friendly, and the ladies working in the truck are always kind and welcoming. This is a real-deal authentic Mexican spot, and you can tell Jose cares about every plate that comes out of that truck. They’ve got a big menu too if you’re in the mood for something other than tacos. Definitely one of my favorite taco spots around. Don’t sleep on it!"

"ORDER FOOD HERE!!!! I ordered 4 pupusas for about $12 and 2 orders of 4 tacos for $13. My total was $38. The food was excellent! I got tacos de Asada and de Al Pastor. The tortilla is handmade so it blends very well with the meat. I ordered pupusas de revuelta. Let me tell you, I almost cried eating the pupusas because it brought me old memories of my mom's homemade food. The food was not greasy or salty at all. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food! I was too excited to eat and forgot to take pictures of all the food I purchased but I took a half picture of the food I shared with my daughter. "A random video came up on my YouTube about birria tacos. It looked so good and I had to try it. The first taco taco I went to either I ordered it wrong or the way they made it was different. So I didn't like it. Now I found this taco truck in Glen burnie. I ordered their birria taco with a side of consomme sauce. It was really good but next time, im gonna ask them to put more cheese. Their pupusa was good too! Got the birria pupusa. Again add more cheese. More the better!"
